The best way to reach this beautiful salt flat is take the first or second exit when you cross the state border to Utah from Nevada and follow the sign to Bonneville Salt Flats International Speedway. And the salt flats will continue along Interstate 80 for about 60 miles. If you are heading to Salt Lake City and you will see a large white flat basin down the hill after the final turn before the last small casino town West Wendover. The salt Flats is right on the state border of Nevada and Utah and it's on the Utah side. You will enjoy this life time experience with the kids.
